Martyn has over 20 years experience in a range of finance and property companies, with a history of implementing and understanding business strategies to source new business and achieve successful results across a range of disciplines.
Martyn’s area of expertise spans: portfolio and fund management, financial planning, wealth creation, property deal creation, property management, and mortgage broking. Experience includes business development, client management and reporting, company management and transaction management. In addition to his PE Capital role Martyn is a principal of a boutique finance brokerage practice and previously with Macquarie Bank, IOOF Funds Management, Bank of Queensland and Norwich Union.
Martyn’s role is to manage the capital partner relationships with our panel of developers and to run the PE Capital direct property developments and acquisitions for the planned property funds.
Chief Executive Officer
Simon has over 25 years experience in the Investment Management and Corporate Finance industries with a wealth of knowledge and experience across a number of industries and disciplines.
Simon’s area of expertise spans: acquisitions and divestments; capital raisings (both public and private); strategic reviews; capital structure; option analysis; and corporate valuations. Experience in transaction management, finance evaluations, enterprise and business valuations, financial modelling, due diligence and documentation preparation.
Previously a principal of a boutique corporate advisory practice, Deloitte Corporate Finance (partner in Melbourne office), ANZ Investment Bank and Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance in London and Melbourne.
Simons role is as Chief Executive Officer to the overall PE Capital business.
Head of Funds Management
Sam has almost 20 years experience in financial services, including retail banking and funds management in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Sam has extensive knowledge of the third party distribution space, especially in regard to retail investment platforms, Wraps and SMSF’s. Sam's area of expertise includes: relationship management, business development, marketing, strategic planning, product management, operations management and portfolio management. Sam also has experience in property development as he has successfully developed a number of projects for his private family company.
Sam’s role is to manage all investor channels into PE Capital.
Director – Property
Norman has over 18 years experience in Commercial Developments throughout Australia with an established contractor coverage nationally, achieved through the building of strong contractor relationships and delivering in every state in Australia.
Delivering industry standards is considered a non-negotiable expectation for Norm as the fuel and food industry set extremely high compliance standards that are in place to ensure optimal safety for contractors, staff and customers.
Norm has extensive knowledge of franchising and implementing proven sales strategies having worked with some leading brands such as Shell, Coles and Hungry Jacks. From the conception of any planned project, Norm offers the highest experience and dedication to ensure the client is positioned to deliver all stakeholder expectations.
Norm’s role is to mange all facets of the Property Division of PE Capital.

John has more than 25 years experience with Chartered Accountants, William Buck and then Grant Thornton working with owners & management of privately owned enterprises covering the full range of accounting and taxation matters. During the last four years, John has undertaken the role of Financial Controller for a range of small to medium sized businesses working closely with senior management and shareholders.

Jason is an experienced wealth and financial services professional with a proven track record over many years in providing value-add holistic and investment related advice to retails and sophisticated HNW/UNHW clients.
His experience includes having held senior advice roles within both Westpac and ANZ, while also mentoring and assisting with the development of many successful junior advisors. During this time Jason has also had accountability for leading and coaching bankers in areas such as strategy, product, sales and relationship management.
He has a proven ability to successfully outperform, add value and is seen as a SME in the Asian community.
Jason brings these skills and his deep understanding of client needs to PE capital.
His role within PE Capital (PEC) will be to assist with the building and refinement of PE Capital investment Product offerings across the Funds Management business and the distribution of tailored solutions to the marketplace.
