PE Capital is pleased to announce half-yearly returns (Dec 31) has been calculated and paid to investors of our P1 and P3 Commercial Property Funds.
The P1 (18% p.a.) and P3 (12% p.a.) Funds are pooled investments which are diversified into a number of mixed used commercial property development projects ( e.g. Petrol Stations, Fast Food, Childcare & Medical etc). Our unique insight, sustained value-add approached to both P1 and P3 Funds has meant that we have been able to “deliver as promised” for both shareholders and investors alike.
We look forward to the continued achievement of above market returns for both existing and new investors now and into the future.
